There are plenty of people here to help you, you just have to be more specific on what doesnt work. To start off with what doesnt work when you try to install Cygwin? And, What have your tried to do so far to try and get it to work?

Solved: the 5'th server I tried (HTTP) worked just fine!

well, First I used the Cygwin installer to install (using admin rights) installed for (all users)
then it said installation complete;
I tryeed to run cygwin.bat (with/without) admin rights;

I got this
---------------------------
bash.exe - Unable To Locate Component
---------------------------
This application has failed to start because cygreadline6.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem.
---------------------------

maybe I have to update the PATH or something
