what is the proper dual boot procedure... ipod video 80g?

I switched back to the apple firmware (held menu at boot) to copy some files at full speed, but when i held menu + select to reboot and reload rockbox, all my tracks were gone. The folder names are there but instead of listing tracks it only lists one item which appears to load all tracks as a playlist. After uninstalling/reinstalling rockbox they show up fine.

What is the proper way to switch back and forth?

You have the Files setting set to Playlists. Check the manual for Quickscreen to change it to Music or All.

Somehow it must be changing itself after the dual boot, as I did not make the change. At least I know how to fix it now. Thank you.

EDIT: Hasn't done it again since. Must have been a fluke
