160GB ZIF HD in H140

I'm trying to find a suitable 160GB hard drive to fit inside a iriver H140, with zif to 1.8" adaptor. I've got bootloader version 7 on the H140. I read somewhere I need a custom bootloader to support larger drives. There's info on misticriver but it covers the older 60-80GB drives. I don't see the point of upgrading to 60/80 even 120 is only triple what I have now and will fill it up with 192kps. 160GB gives me space left over.
