Rock files in wrong directory

After adding some patches to the Rockbox 3.4 source and compiling, all of the rock files go into .rockbox/rocks/ instead of .rockbox/rocks/viewers games or apps.  Sometimes I have to edit apps/plugins/CATEGORIES myself but that should't be the problem.  How can I fix this?  Thanks.

Revert your patches and go one by one until you figure out which one is broken.

apps/plugins/CATEGORIES controls where those rocks are put. So the problem is probably in this File. Perhaps a wrong #ifdef or alike.

Could the problem be that maybe there is a plugin in the categories file that doesn't exist?   For example I never added fingersofrock but it is in there.I found out a differnent patch added it.[color=][/color]
