There are instructions to register for a wiki account on the main wiki page.  Basically, you need to register using a wiki name given by FirstLast, then ask for write permission (usually on IRC).

I'm busy right at the moment, but I'll have a look at putting them up a bit later if nobody else gets around to it.

It looks like I will be very busy at least for the next several weeks.
