sansa 200r patcher and driver links 404d--I need the files!

On the Sansa 200r installation page, there are two links to download the e200rpatcher.exe and e200-manufac-driver.zip and both of the download links are 404d. Can anybody direct me to a mirror for these files or mail them over to me? Thanks for your help!
