Pitch Detection Was: Pitch Dectection

I DLed the newest Manual and looked up Pitch Detection, I slill have no idea how it is supposed to work.  I highlighted it under Applications and clicked Select, all I get is a blank screen.  Any ideas?

i dont even know where its at. i cant find it under plugins and the only thing i found is wen you get in the context menu and click pitch

Yes: tell us which player you have, which *exact* version of Rockbox, etc.

It's pitch_detector actually.  It's an Application plugin.
As far as I can tell it's an instrument tuner that uses the microphone to detect pitch.
