used utility to install bootloader; power went out EPIC FAIL!!!!!!!!!!! HELP!!!

OK, here's what happened. :'( I went to install rockbox on my iPod Video 30GB, and it finished installing the bootloader then the power goes out. So when the power comes back on, it doesn't show up in My Computer, i have tried everything. Restarting it, force into disk mode. . . nothing works! It shows the sad iPod symbol, seems to shutdown, apple logo, "very low battery, please wait", then it starts over  :'( Look i really need help here, kinda poor and can't afford another one. . .

Reboot into Apple's Emergency Disk mode, repair it in iTunes, and then try again.

If you don't know how to do that, check google.  Apple has detailed instructions on their website.

It will work unless the iPod is physically damaged (i.e. you smashed the hard disk).  Try again unless you're sure its destroyed.

there is nothing physicaly wrong with the iPod, it is in almost mint physical condition!!

No, I don't own that iPod model.  Just follow the Apple directions.  Apple knows more about the iPod then either of us anyway.

Right after turning the ipod on, press simultaneously as in fig. 1 until the  apple shows, then press simultaneously as in fig. 2 until the "check" shows.. then connect it to your pc, itunes, and follow the restoring instructions

Sometimes is better to fully charge the battery before anything. If you fail to get it into disk mode, there isn't much to do about it

You're not understanding me.  Either:

1)  You are not following Apple's directions
2)  You have a broken player

Repeatedly saying you're doing everything right and its not broken doesn't make sense.  It has to be one or the other or else you'd have a working player . . .

Nonsense. He is trying to help you, but that will only work if you *read* what he wrote and read the pages he mentioned. Emergency disk mode is something provided by Apple, and does *always* work -- except if your Ipod has a hardware failure. Just looking for some colored dots on an image isn't enough, you need to read the accompanying text too. Getting into Emergency Disk Mode does *always* work, but it can sometimes be a bit tricky to get into it. However, it *does* work.

Also, you haven't paid for support (in fact, you can't get paid support here!), so it's rather rude telling someone trying to help you that he's not helping. If you want to accuse people go somewhere else.
