Ipod mini 2g trouble

uhh this here rockbox.org is not working on my ipod. when i plug it in and go to the auto and Manual installer it says error, cant install bootloader. THIS is REALLLY making me frustrated. some 1 please help me.

Are you logged in as administrator/root? In order for the installer to access the boot-loader portion on an iPod it needs to have administrator/root controls

1) Can you paste the actual error message you're getting from Rockbox Utility please - don't just paraphrase it.

2) You've been asked before not to use contractions like "some 1". This is not a negotiable rule - please just do as you've been asked.

It's REALLY making me frustrated that people think we could help them even if they don't give out any details. As a start, please post the output of the About / System Info dialog (you can copy and paste from that window).

Furthermore, please follow our posting guidelines.
