19-Nimbus.fnt missing from Sansa e200 widecabbie

Hi there,

being incredibly happy that RockBox is now available at least as an official test build for the Sansa v2 target (http://forums.rockbox.org/index.php?topic=22137.0), I was eager to try out some of the e200 themes (http://themes.rockbox.org/index.php?target=e200). However, when extracting the widecabbie theme (http://themes.rockbox.org/themes/176x220/widecabbie/widecabbie.zip), I was a bit puzzled not to find the (accoding to the .rockbox/themes/widecabbie.cnf: required) 19-Nimubus.fnt file included. Does anyone know if I am missing somethig here, or if the theme archive is corrupted?

Generally I'd like to know if there is something like an official font archive for theme designers -- or if the binaries required to convert some "normal" font (e.g. a ttf file) into a RockBox fnt file are somehow available *without* installing the whole development tool chain...

There are lots of other extras too, just look under extras on the left of the home page.

Even cooler! :-) In particular the simulators promise to be very handy for tweaking themes since always uploading the corresponding files to the real device after every little change seems rather time-consuming...

So... does anyone know how to get the Sansa e200v2 simulator running smoothly under Wine?
