Rockbox disappeared

This morning I plugged my ipod into the ipod dc charger (not the USB from my PC) to charge it.  After charging it for 30 minutes, I disconnected it and drove to work.  When I got to work, I turned it on, and lo and behold, rockbox was gone.  All my music was there, but it looked like it did before I installed rockbox.  How can this happen?

Are you sure you have not just booted the original firmware via Rockbox's dual-boot feature?
