how much ram does the Sansa e200 V2 have, according to http://www.rockbox.org/twiki/bin/view/Main/SansaE200v2 it has 8 MB of SDRAM yet I read elsewhere it has 64 MB

If you look closely at the scans of the board, you can see its an 8MB SDRAM, and of course 8MB = 64Mbit, which is probably what you say.
