Trouble changing .wps files

im trying to but on a vista theme from another website from rockbox.org and its not working can some 1 help me?

i have a windows vista theme on my sansa and when I'm listing to music i just get a vu meter and nothing Else its supposed to be 2 windows pictures ill show the link >> http://rbthemes.com/ its 2 row up from the bottom alls i get is the windows background not the other image when i listen to my music. to make the contact go faster add me on msn alecwf007_4@msn.com <<<<< add me and talk to me i need help

I don't think the themes on http://rbthemes.com/ will work.  They're all very old.

Try http://themes.rockbox.org/

it all works but the wps folder in there i place the file with all the volume pictures etc... but it doesn't work.

So, the theme appears in the list but when you load it you don't get what you expect?  If that's the case then it has errors according to the current WPS syntax.

There is a page named CustomWPS in the wiki (linked on the sidebar) that has all of the currently supported tags.  You can use this information to try to repair this theme or make a new one.

If the theme you're trying to use is the 'WindowsMicro' theme, it might help if you read the description:

This theme only work perfectly with chrisjs build and work with some minors glitches with cpchan build. Not compatible at all with Original Rockbox Build and Kugel Build. For more information : Read the thread on AnyThingButIpod

You either need the mentioned builds, to rewrite that one so it works with the original build, or to use a different theme.
