How to put video on Ipod?

Im new to RockBox and all this modding stuff here.
I would like to be able to watch a few videos on my very old iPod Nano 1st Generation.
I have an episode of Aqua Teen Hunger Force I bought off iTunes that I would like to be able to play on my iPod, could anyone please help me, with some step by step stuff please?  Greatly Appreciate It.

Check http://www.rockbox.org/twiki/bin/view/Main/PluginMpegplayer#How_To_Encode_Files for how to convert the videos and then when the iPod Nano is connected then drag and drop the converted videos to wherever you want on your iPod.
To play them, you navigate to where you put them and then click Select on them.

Ok thanks for the link..I downloaded Winff....but what one do you use to encode or like the best just asking?

Anyways, Im a little confused on what I put in for the options and the device and convert to??  First since I have the iPod Nano 1st Gen, what device do I pick and then after that what do I pick for the :Convert To?? so that it will play on my ipod?
Secondly, for the Video settings you have : video bitrate, frame rate, video size and aspect ratio....And then for Audio Settings you have : Audio Bitrate, Sample Rate and Audio Channel, what do I type in, I apologize for being stupid I guess at this, but this is my first time doing something like this.

According to the wiki, you select "ipod nano".  Never tried it, but I don't see any reason to assume the wiki is wrong.
