Up and down buttons are actually known (up:01 down:02).

You can find in FS9951 a patch to log every packets, but the work remaining is about the rockbox code; I have to modify some things, the buttons relating to the album and playlist will not be used though.

You can help if you have some skills in C to add the navigation through playlists and albums   ;)

spotter:
I got the mopar ipod adapter for dodge/chrysler/jeep vehicles.  It works w/ my ipod 5.5g (80gb), but seemingly only to display what is playing on the radio of the car, it can't be used to switch between artists, albums (don't know about playlists, as have no playlists on the device yet). 

It did work to play my wma/ogg files and display their metadata correctly though.

what can I do to help?
