Quick Battery Drain

Ever since i started using RB my battery life is like 2 hours and then dead.
before i was geting about 8 hours. Why is this happening and is there anyway to fix it.

What build of Rockbox are you using?
Have you compared the battery life of Rockbox with the original firmware recently using the same music ?
