« on: August 10, 2009, 03:02:11 AM »
Okay, So, I want to upgrade my Ipod to vs.3.3 but I dont know which version I have. It says Version:r21860-090714  can anyone tell me which one is this?

Another question, and sorry if im posting it in the wrong place, but can my Ipod also Play FLV. videos with the MPEG player? or what do i have to download for it to work?

Thanks.

You have a Current Build http://build.rockbox.org/ that was built on the 14th(090714) July(090714) 2009(090714), given that Release 3.3 was made available on June 19th and will have been frozen for new developments for a good while before then I don't see how that would be an 'upgrade'.

The Current Builds are made after every commit to the source code by a truly impressive build system - the number 'r21860' is the detail of the exact code change that triggered that build - this is the number in column two under the heading Subversion on the home page (though 21860 was a good while ago so isn't listed on the home page, but can be found if desired).

You probably are posting in the wrong place, and if you spend a bit of time looking at the manual, and the wiki you will find out about the tools for converting video files to a format that can be played on Rockbox.
