Change MP4s to MPEGS

Does anyone know of a free program that will change your MP4s into MPEG 1 or 2s? I can find trial ones, but they leave a "watermark" on the videos. Does anyone know of one free and clear?

Also had a mode to convert files to mpg especially for rockbox.
