How to increase pitch on sansa c250?

I used to be able to hold down the menu button for a few seconds and it would allow me to adjust the pitch, now it only allows me to change shuffle, files shown, etc....

Question is this:

How to I access the menu option to increase or decrease pitch?   I looked through the wiki and am still having problems finding the menu option to change pitch.

I appreciate your help.

Also look for the "WPS Context Menu" in the above linked table. It's a bit hard to understand from your post as I would call the button that has "menu" underneath it "menu button" (if at all), but knowing that entering the context menu and the quickscreen from the WPS was changed about 1.5 months ago, I believe that's what was meant. You can enter the pitchscreen through the context menu as well, it has a menu entry there or you can enter it directly with the button combo but it requires some good timing currently.

Thank you both for the reply, I finally got it working again.

I had shelved my little sansa ever since the change since I couldn't seem to get to the pitch screen, and it is a requirement for long podcasts or audiobooks, so thank you very much, now I can start using my little sansa again!!
