video sizing issue
« on: August 04, 2009, 10:17:44 PM »

I just installed and ran rockbox on my sansa e260, and I tried watching a video in .mpg format.  The video played well, except that the image was "too large for the screen," which apparently cut out the rightmost third or so of the image.  Is there any way to fix this so that it either distorts to fit the screen or simply doesn't fill the whole screen, but at least the whole image is shown?

Thanks!
Tom

Check out the PluginMpegplayer page on the wiki.  It has advice about how to transcoded the videos for your player.
