having issue with music on my ipod 80 gig

When I plug in my ipod I see a calendars notes and contacts folder but no rockbox stuff when I am on windows I see it but I cannot find where to put the music.... can anyone help???

p.s by accident I booted into the original firmware and I cannot do a hard reset to get back?!?!?!

You are allowed to put music or other media anywhere you like. 
On some operating systems folders beginning with "." are hidden by default.

Alright I got it working minus the album art. I read the instuctions but I am still confused of how to get the album art working on my collection. Can anyone explain it in a easy to understand form?

The one in the manual for the ipod video. I am using the ipodwidgets theme and I downloaded the album art rockbox program to find and add the album art to the music. It seems have put the art in the folder with the music but still nothing when I use the player.

Can you tell us which naming scheme you are using and where you have actually put the album art on your player?

It is alright now I jumped into the irc channel and they helped me get it running.
