So you mean I have to buy them or do they alrdy come with rockbox?

You either have to dump the ROMs from a Midway Pac-Man arcade board yourself, or other.

We do not and will not distribute the ROMs with Rockbox, nor can we help you obtain them. We're not crossing into copyright infringement territory here.
