Sirdan's solution of using mp4Muxer (http://www.dvbportal.de/projects/mp4muxer/) bypasses the need for ffmpeg completely.


* Download youtube mp4 - http://userscripts.org/scripts/show/25105
* Demultiplex tab
* Select audio track
* Click demultiplex button
* Close mp4muxer to reset
* Reopen mp4muxer
* Multiplex tab
* Click Add button and select the aac file
* Click multiplex button
* Play mp4 with Rockbox.
