How do i compile mknkboot.c ?
« on: July 25, 2009, 08:15:39 AM »
I've been able to compile the bootloader and all the other parts needed for the gigabeat s installation, but i am not able to get mknkboot to compile. do i have to add it to the sources? then do i simply compile a normal build? i tried using the arm copmiler to no extent. i've just succeeded in compiling another program so i think i'll be able to get this working if you only tell me where to add it to sources, or to take other steps necessary.
dumb me. you simply have to make in tools directory. sorry for the inconvenience.

hm, now i have a mknkboot file but i can't run it:
-bash: mknkboot: command not found
wtf?

ok got that right, too. you have to run mknkboot from your build dir.
