I have a Gigabeat F10 and I transferred rockbox to it but I decided to remove it because the music wasn't showing up.
Are there any other options to this?

I think you can't play songs transfered by the retail firmware since they're encrypted.  You should be able to play songs transfered to rockbox though, so just resend your songs.
