Sansa c200: sometimes when I add a song via USB, it doesn't play but gets skip..

Hi there.

Sometimes, when I add a song via USB, it doesn't play but get skipped to the next song.

I see the song when I turn on the device, but when I try to play the song, it says:

song - title
(root)
(root)

before moving onto the next song.


Sometimes, the same error is replicated when I am running and I accidentally hit random buttons. The current song would stop and when I attempt to resume play, it would go through all my songs but they are all skipped. I hope that''s not too confusing! Usually, a reboot fixes this but not the issue listed above.


I have probably experienced this issue 5-10 times in a period of 3 months.
