trivial fix for midi player to play ".kar" files?

There are lots of midi files disguised as karaoke files.  These files are playable by any midi player because the lyrics get ignored.  Need to have Rockbox midi player accept ".kar" files as well as ".mid" files.

Hopefully, the Rockbox midi player will eventually display the lyrics in time to the music, as well, but in the meantime it can at least play the music.

Also, it would be wonderful if the midiplayer also had the ability to adjust the speed of its master clock, so one could speed up or slow down an existing midi file.
