Sansa Clip V2

Hi,

I was wondering if one of the current e200v2 and Sansa Fuze builds http://forums.rockbox.org/index.php?topic=22137.0 was suited for the Sansa Clip v2?
If not, are there plans of supporting the Sansa Clip v2?

[edit] well it probably isn't... I found this thread and an answer from funman:

All developers working on the Sansa AMS port read this thread, so if one of them is interested he will likely step up.

I would gladly work on it, but i have already a lot of other priorities and I hope someone else will want to make work on Fuzev2 happen quicker.

One of those priorities is working on the Clipv2 port which is (hopefully) very similar to Fuzev2, just like Fuzev1 code is similar to Clipv1.

Some work on Fuzev2 has already been made, so the Fuzev2 is able to dual-boot, but there is still no LCD or complete buttons/wheel support.

Hate bothering devs by PM or disturbing a dev thread but I'm curious what his plans are and if there is already some progress.
Might even also buy an e260 to be able to use rockbox.

The Clip isn't a supported target, so please don't ask about it in the support forums.

Anyway, if you want to keep tabs on development, I recommend the "current status" link on the front page (www.rockbox.org).  Its generally updated very quickly (often immediately) as new code is committed.
