New chiptunes plugins ? (HES, KSS...)

hello
i use rockbox on a H140 and am extremely impressed by it, congratulations and keep the good job !!!
i wondered, as rockbox is already compatible with nezplug, if it would be possible to add HES format compatibility (pcengine musics format), as on pc, it's possible to read that format using nezplug
and, if it works, maybe it would be possible to make it read KSS format too (MSX chiptunes)
also, VGM format (megadrive format, check project2612 for more information) would be nice, but emulating 4op FM chips might be a bit difficult ....
anyway, that was just an idea, and i thought it would be nice (VGZ format, sega master system things, 3PSG voices, should be possible to make it work too ...)
