Please provide more details yourself, and please do this in the first place. It's quite annoying to ask about missing details in a noticable amount of support questions. Also, pls use rl wrds as per out posting guidelines. Words like "pls" are not real words and not wanted here.
As a first shot, please post the output of the About / System Info dialog of Rockbox Utility. We've put that in for a reason: it can help tracking down installation problems.

sorry for writing so less details and the not real words

i just crossed out the username because i didn't want that my name is written here
i also have admin privilegs but i use programm called "SuRun" which simulates the UAC from windows vista
it worked before but i've restarted my pc when the player was loading in rockbox-mode and my pc destroyed the filesystem
thats why i had to recover my e280
i've updatet to 1.02.24 and tried to put rockbox on it
by trieing i got the mistake
the files are a ROM file called "BL_SD_boardSupportSD.rom" with 393.624 Bytes and a mi4 file called "PP5022.mi4" with 5.798.912 Bytes
these files are announced in a howto at the german community http://www.rockbox-lounge.com
i hope this is detailed enough

haithun
[EDIT]
i fixed the problem by using the Sansae200Ubrick from the wiki
there i found the tip to format the device by itself and then the rockbox utility accepted my player
