I just tried it out on two sansa 250r v. 1s (both running the latest version r23406-091029). Setting the A point with power left is easy to do, setting the B point with power right is quite difficult -- I can only manage it occasionally, I couldn't get it to clear with power play at all.

I'm not sure if the problem is with my fingers, the sansas or something else...
