Does Rockbox 3.3 charge Sansa e200 battery now?

Accidently I just have charged it using the Sansa firmware for some hours today. After booting to rockbox the info shows 99 %. I guess, this should be O.K., but charging with rockbox always ends up at 93 %.

Where does one download the "test bootloader"?
