Hidden and readonly music file

Everytime I plug in my player the Rockbox Music file is hidden and its a ready only file. I change the prefs everytime so its not hidden and is not a read only file, but once I unplug it and plug it back it it changes back. Whats going on?

What kind of player do you have and also what version of rockbox? The OF on the Sansa hides the music folder and also the video and photo folders.

If a Sansa player is involved, use a folder name other than Music and start your player Before pluging it in.

Or you can use rockbox usb stack now included in version 3.3, it will not hide the music folder. Alternatively, you could just set file view settings to view all and rockbox will see the hidden folders.
