H340 death ?

I greet I have from h340 problem during starting player screen only player does not be highlight after loading weak battery was has switched off with inscription ? what it is cause of this problem it thanks for help

I take it that English is not your native language.  I am having difficulty understanding and  I think others will too.

What I am understanding:
Your player has trouble booting.  I think you're mentioning a low battery warning and then the machine powers down. 

You attached a picture with a circuit board element marked that gets hot.

Is that correct?

Based on the info in the wiki it looks like this chip is the Philips TEA 1211 DC/DC converter:
