new plugin?

hey all,
I think that's pretty noob question,
but it's a PC game which had about 1MB...The game is really good...2D!And I think many of you can convert it to rockbox...or no?
The download page is www.metanetsoftware.com ....and is called N the game...it's avaible for PSP and xBox for free.And my big question:is it possible to make this game for R.box?For gameplay are used 3 key,left-right-jump...so is pretty simple.I reaaly don't know how to make a plugin but I am sure that's damn hard...And yeah,sansa e250

I don't see any indication that it's open source.  It looks to be freeware.

Well I don't know,I just know that's free game,and what the hell is GPL...sorry I am real RBox noob... ;D
