Rockbox can read my microsd or itself(movies)

I have a 8gb microsd card for music and I'm using the 2gb for movies.
I was playing paintball and everything was going fine when I couldn't play any song or play a movie.  What's happening?
What's it doing now is... just the titles but no substance(the music or movie).
On the 8gb card... I can read the Group - Black Eyed Peas - I press the button to the songs and nothing.
On itself inner memory....I go to Videos - I press the center button.....nothing
Whats going on...
I take real good care of it, keep it from the sand, and everything...
What should I do.  Start all over. I have updated it but nothing. I'm thinking of going back to sandisk, play it, start all over with the rockbox 3.3.  I do not want to go through this if I dont have to but if I have to... then.

It sounds like you might have accidentally set the View Files setting to be Playlists.

Try holding down the menu button (directly underneath the wheel that looks like parallel lines) and then make sure Show Files (the bottom option) is set to Supported or All.
This means that Rockbox will show either All the files in that directory, or just the ones that it supports (i.e. all the music, or the movies).
