A patch so that Rockbox Finally Can View PNGs!

It seemed that this patch was never going to be saved, but just recently the author (and a another scripter) have reborn this patch. Currently It has a interface Like JPEG viewer, but it dose not have zoom yet, and some PNGs get some "inflate" or "Out of Memory" error.  Meaning anyone here reading this and want's to improve this patch should check it out.

Please change your post to use a better title. A patch that adds PNG support doesn't mean that Rockbox has PNG support. This title is likely to confuse lots of people.
