DXT VX747+ (onda clone) firmware backup

i've tried searching some information to backup the original firmware of this player to do some experiments (original fw isn't in the cd included in the player package), it seems that is a jz4740 device, so it should be the same method with every jz* player.

but i only have found the 747write utility so far (wich seems is only to upload fw to bricked players)
