Rockbox installtion: Problem with bootloader @ H320

Hey all,

I have a US H320, with 1.29 Korean firmware.
after installing Rockbox (tried both automatic and manual methods), i copied the new firmware h300.hex to the device and rebooting.
the problem is that only at the first time i boot it, rockbox starts.
after i shut it down, the normal firmware loads.
what i'm doing wrong?
