Feature request, change playback speed without changing pitch.

Any chance this feature could be added to RB at some point?
Change playback speed without changing pitch.
I listen to audio books and sometimes I would like to change the playback speed.

In the past, I have used tape based devices that could do this.  Even back in the late 1970's.

Ok, I updated to current.  I can't find where to change the playback speed.  I only see pitch.  Any help?
