(Gigabeat F/40) Findng fast forward?

I once saw the place to set the fast forward jump in RockBox.  Since I am listening to audiobooks, they sometimes start at the beginning of the chapter each time I access them, and I need to skip ahead.

Can someone point out where that setting is AND how to fast foward (as in, what keys?)

Main Menu-> Settings-> Playback Settings-> Fast-Forward/Rewind-> FF/RW Min Step
