Voice drop down is blank

I have several voices which run fine in the Voice applet in Windows XP.

The Configure TTS Engine in the Rockbox Utility 1.2.1 has an empty Voice dropdown for Sapi.

Why?

This is a bug in the latest version of QT. We're working on a fix for it.
