Question about iPod Video battery
(1/1)
Darkfoxx:
I have an iPod Video 30 gb (5.5G) w/ Rockbox 3.2-090323
What I'm wondering about is the default mAh that the battery runs at. I can't find this information anywhere on the web. The battery percentage on my player seems to be very inaccurate, and I figured I could change the "Battery Capacity" setting to reflect what the battery actually is (if it isn't 400 mAh, of course).
If anyone knows the actual value, I would appreciate it.
saratoga:
The battery capacity setting is used for runtime estimation, not battery percentage calculation. Because of how batteries work, you don't actually need to know the capacity to figure out the percent discharge.
