iPod Video 5.5 CF Card Mod - remove F***** OF Firmware

Good morning.

I am running a  broken 10€ iPod 5.5 repaired with CF Mod 32GB. So 60€ for an nice Rockboxsupported Mp3Player.
All things are working fine even copying files with RB USB Stack in Ubuntu 9.04 is pretty fast (9-12MB/s writing).
This ist much faster than the rubbisch OF does.

I installed Rockbox on a formatted CF Card using RBUtil. Apple Firmware was deleted (no folders left).
Everytime the iPod is switched off it starts in the OF Firmware, in case of connected powersupply.
The OF wants me to choose my language (first start?).

Without powersupply it is booting rockbox very smothly.

So my question is - how can I delete the stupid Apple Firmware. Is there an option to flash RB to the point where the OF is?
I should be able to compile my own rockbox fw.
