Make a music folder my default

I have a Sansa e200 and I made two music folders. When I boot up my player it goes to the settings directory. Is it possible to make it load automatically to a certain folder and play songs automatically?

BruceHP:
Go to General Settings/System/Start Screen and pick one.  I use Resume Playback.
