Hi all, i'm experiencing a strange problem on a H120 running rockbox 3.2.
While buffering, playback will intermittently stop and restart. However, this only appears to happen with certain albums (within certain folders), but will happen every time on those albums, and not at all on other albums. I have experienced this with both mp3 and ogg files.
I thought it might be a bad sector of disk, so ran a scan disk and fixed any issues, i have also cleaned all files off a disk and xcopied them all back on, defragged and still the same problem.
In 3 consecutive (also consecutive on disk) ogg albums encoded at q6 i experienced this:
Album 1 - skipped during buffering
Album 2 - played OK
Album 3 - skipped during buffering
I'm out of ideas for what might be causing the problem?? Anyone else experienced this, or have any ideas?
Thanks
Edit: This post seems to describe a similar problem:
http://forums.rockbox.org/index.php?topic=21624.0I'll update to the current build and see if that recifies the problem.
Edit 2: Updating to the current build did not work, removing the album art bmp did, so it seems the loading of the bmp can cause audio buffering problems, at least on H120.
