Thanks! This new converter is great - as it fits within the size of the IDE-style disks, it can be used even in the iriver H3x0 without forcing or pressure, which no earlier converters can. The fit into the zif connector of my Toshiba disk was very tight, though, but it was OK when I was brave enough to push a bit harder.

I do buy Toshiba drives from various vendors. Mainly through ebay or directly from Santech (USA).
