in German translation the tab "Zugänglichkeit" should be changed to "Barrierefreiheit" according to the voice options it contains, as this is used to tell "here are the settings for handicapped users"

The voice options aren't just for blind people, they are for anyone that wants menus etc. spoken to them.  Many sighted people use it e.g. in the car.  Note that I don't speak German and have no idea what these two words mean, but it sounds like you want to replace the current translation with one that suggests that it is only for blind people.

Also, the two main RBUtil devs are German.
