Problem with adding songs in playlist
« on: May 13, 2009, 07:04:53 AM »
Hi to all.
I have a problem when i adding songs to a new playlist that i have never save.(Dynamic).
I play the first song and i adding more songs in this playlist.
After 40 or so songs everything pause and i have to restart  my iPod.
If i add less than 40 songs everything is OK.
Any ideas?
I have the 80GB video iPod.

Firstly - which revision of Rockbox are you using?

Secondly - Are you using the build for the 80/60GB Video, or the 30GB Video (it may be worth changing to use the 30GB one if you're currently using the 80/60GB one).

Thirdly - Are you using the database or the filebrowser ?

Fourthly - How are you adding the songs to the playlist? Singly, or in groups ?

Thanks for reply.
I have the 60/80 GB version.
I add songs via database
I add them one by one.

Is there any reason that you suggest me to use the 30 GB version?

Thanks in advance.

he most likely sugested that because some 60/80GB will have 32mb of ram, like the 30GB (60/80GB normally have 64mb). This is because the HDD has nothing to do with the build or the RAM, just helps new users decide which one to use because it is most common.
