unique problem due to user error . . .

I have a Sansa E280 that is Rockboxed and I love . . . . I was changing the colors today to make it a little easier to read.  Set the background color to white-ish and was trying to set the foreground color, it told me what I selected was not a allowed color (don't remember the specific vergabe) and I went to dial back the blue, but must have hit select.  Now, the background and foreground colors appear to be set as the same thing, and I can't use the menus b/c all I have is a white screen.

Is there any way to reset the color choices, or the theme, or ANYTHING via windows? 

Here's what I use

the current Sansa build of Rockbox
Windows XP
I do have some of the extra themes installed, but had only the basic "rockboxed" theme selected, although I had changed the colors . . .

any help out there?

You can find instructions to reset the settings in the manual.

removeing the .cfg file from .rockbox would set it back to normal (no changed settings)
